Isliday Portal
The ISLIDAY portal is managed by "GATE S.R.L", based in Portoferraio, Via Cacció n. 5, with VAT number 01976730497, registered under number 218935 of the Administrative Economic Directory of the province of Livorno, Registered in the regional register of Travel and Tourism Agencies at n ° 1012 of 17/09/21.
The Portal as a meeting place
The Portal is a meeting place that allows Owners to advertise one or more rental properties and a user (Traveler) to book it. The Portal offers the possibility of online reservations and other tools or services to allow Owners and Travelers to communicate with each other and to stipulate leases or other transactions between them. The lease agreements are concluded exclusively between the Traveler and the Owner. The portal is not part of, and does not become part of, any contractual relationship between the Traveler and the Owner, and does not act as a mediator between the Traveler and the Owner should any dispute arise between them.
Announcements
The advertisements are published directly by the Owners / Managers / Operators through their reserved area or through the Channel Manager. The Portal is not responsible for what is entered by the Owners / Managers. For accommodation descriptions, photos, check in and check out times, additional services, final cleaning and damage deposit and / or other services, see the specific conditions of each individual accommodation.
Booking conditions
The accommodation reservations will be considered confirmed when the portal has received the down payment of the rent and the cost of the service. In the event that the deposit is not received at the same time as the booking, it will be considered invalid or null to all intents and purposes. The reservation of the accommodation will be considered completed upon receipt, via e-mail of the "Confirmed reservation" sent by the portal. For online reservations, the portal reserves the right to cancel the payment within 48 hours from the same and consider the reservation null and void if for any reason the booked structure is no longer available. The balance of the rent must be made according to the specifications indicated by the single structure and visible in the booking confirmation, in any case it must take place before the beginning of the stay. the reservation will be considered void and subject to the specific penalties of each individual structure. For bookings entered within the terms of payment of the balance, it is necessary to send the total at the time of booking. In this case the reservation will be considered completed if the balance is credited before entering the accommodation. Ferry tickets, if requested, they must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellation insurance must be paid at the time of booking.
Insurance
The product cancellation insurance Casa Vacanza 2021 is provided by ERGO Reiseversicherung AG Secondary office and general representation for Italy, Via Pola, 9 20124 Milano, n. of policy 91230079-PV21. This insurance is optional and covers only the cost of the stay. The traveler must take out insurance at the time of entering the reservation. No subsequent integration will be possible. Opening of the claim with the Insurance Company. In the event that the conditions for opening the claim occur, the Traveler must contact the Insurance Company directly following the procedures described in the specific general conditions received by email attached to the booking confirmation, relieving Gate srl of any attributable liability to the Compagni
Damage deposit
The deposit must be delivered in the manner indicated by each individual structure visible on the web page of the same and in the booking confirmation. In the event that the deposit has been delivered to the portal, as a non-interest-bearing security deposit, it will be returned within 3 working days from the day of check-out, in the same manner in which it was paid. In case of damage caused by the guest, the same will be retained by the portal until the damage is quantified by the owner and returned, deducting what is necessary for the restoration of the same. In the event that the deposit does not cover the damage caused by the traveler, it will be the owner's responsibility to take action against the traveler, since Gate srl is excluded from any liability for any type or reason with the acceptance of these conditions.
Obligations of the Traveler
The Traveler is obliged to check the correctness of the data reported in all the documentation sent by the portal concerning the rental and any ferry tickets if required. Any errors and / or inaccuracies must be promptly communicated to the portal as late communications will void any liability of Gate srl.
The Traveler must report any defects in the property and furnishings to the owner of the accommodation or his / her delegate within 24 hours of delivery. In the absence of notification, the aforementioned defects will be presumed to be attributable to the Traveler himself.
Variations
Information, descriptions, offers, seasonality and rates shown are to be considered accurate except for errors, omissions and updates. The portal reserves the right to communicate any changes at any time. Should force majeure make it necessary, the same reserves the right to replace the accommodation and / or the locality of stay with accommodation of the same type.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, the Traveler will be required to pay the booking fees and pay the penalties in the percentages indicated in the sheet of each individual structure and in the booking confirmation. In the case of the purchase of the ferry ticket, the cancellation conditions are those applied by the individual shipping companies referred to in the purchased ticket.
Complaints
In the event of any problems not resolved by the property manager, the traveler is requested to contact the portal immediately in order to allow us to intervene for the resolution of the same. Any complaint late or exposed after the end of the stay, therefore without the possibility of contradiction, will have the value of a simple report and will not entitle the Traveler to request any refund and / or other for any reason or title.

Jurisdiction
For any disputes and disputes, only the Court of Livorno and its branch offices will be competent.
