This nice apartment is a part of a small apartment complex "Residence Belvedere" surrounded by the Mediterranen green and not too far from the little town of Bagnaia (about 400 mt). The beach of Bagnaia is composed of small pebbles and sand, overlooking the bay of Portoferraio. It is ideal for those who enjoy tranquility and relaxation. On the beach there is a rent of sunchairs and umbrellas,sailing school, diving center. The central location of Bagnaia allows to reach the towns of Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro and Portoferraio in few minutes by car. In Bagnaia, you can find a bus stop, a children's play area, restaurants, pizzeria, bars and ice cream shop, a minimarket and a small pharmacy. During summer, on Sunday morning, there is the itinerant weekly market. In Portoferraio, at about 12 km, you can find all the services like supermarkets, shops and so on.
The apartment for 2/4 persons, of about 45 sqm, has an independent entrance from an external stair which leads to the parking area and is composed by a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette equipped with fridge and oven, a double bedroom with a small outdoor space, bathoom with shower and washong machine. The apartment has an outside veranda with table, chairs and sunchairs, the furniture is modern and comfortable. The private parking place is near the apartment.
Arrivals: sunday from 4 to 7.30 pm. Departures: sunday 9 am. Final cleanings: (to be paid at the apartment, at the delivery of the keys) € 80,00. Washing machine use and ulities of electricity, water and gas: € 20,00 (to pay at the apartment, at the delivery of the keys). Bed linen and towels: not included. To bring or it is possible to rent € 20,00 for person for week, to request at least two weeks before the arrival. Pets: not admitted. Security deposit: (to deposit at the apartment, at the delivery of the keys and refundable after checking the condition of the apartment) € 100,00.
