Villino Le Sughere is a small complex of seven nice apartments, situated in the countryside. The comfortable apartments have been recently renovated and they are surrounded by the beautiful and quiet green nature; all of them have a nice view on the quiet Elba’s country. The position is ideal for reaching the towns of Procchio and Marina di Campo; nearby at about 1,3 km from the property, there are the sandy and long beaches of Procchio, Campo all’Aia and Spartaia.
Each apartment has its private outside equipped area and the parking place is inside the property.
The one-bedroom apartment Mirto is for 2/4 persons, of about 45 sqm, with independent entrance. It is composed of an ample living room with kitchenette, TV and a double sofa bed, one double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Outside, the apartment has a porch and a large space with small gazebo, table and marble benches, chairs and one sunchair. The furniture is modern, functioning and comfortable. The private uncovered parking place is nearby.
Arrivals: check -in 16:00- 19:00. Departures: check-out within 9:00. Final cleanings and utilities: € 75,00 to pay on arrival. Linen: to bring or on request for € 20,00 per person per week. Pets: not allowed. Security deposit: € 100.00 to deposited on arrival. Check-in fee: in case of arrival after 8 pm, extra of € 20,00.
