The apartment “Black & White” is a spacious studio for two persons at the fourth floor of a building with lift, situated on the harbour of Portoferraio. Recently renovated, this apartment is particulary recommended for those who reach Elba without bringing their car. In walking distance, you can reach the beautiful stony beach of Le Ghiaie, a natural reserve from '70s where is not allowed to go fishing, famous for its crystal-clear waters and its white pebbles. The old town of Portoferraio is just 500 metres away, accessible through "La Calata", so is called the promenade, which during the summer comes alive with evening markets and local events.
This nice studio apartment for 2 persons, of about 25 sqm, has been completely renovated and it is near the harbour and the centre of Portoferraio. It is composed by a unique room with an equipped kitchenette, a comfortable double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace. The apartment has air condition, heating and TV. The furniture is new and very comfortable.
