The villa is located in the splendid gulf of Procchio a few meters from the sandy beach. The center of Procchio is just a few minutes by car, you can reach it on foot by taking a pleasant walk along the beach. In the village there are supermarkets, pharmacies, post offices, bazaars, pizzerias, restaurants and other services. The beach is one of the most famous on the island of Elba, partly free and partly equipped with bathing establishments.
