From the garden, through a short staircase, you can reach the private and equipped platform to enjoy the wonderful seaview and dive into the clear waters of our sea. The house, comfortable and fresh, has a well-equipped kitchen corner with gas stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, microwave and kettle. There are also two bedrooms, one double and one twin connected by a large bathroom with shower and two sinks.
In the living room you will also find a large sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two people. TV in all rooms, air conditioning, WIFI available, barbecue and washing machine. The small village of Procchio with its bars, ice cream shops and typical shops are in walking distance. You can stay comfortably seated in the hammock in the garden , drink a cocktail admiring the sea in the moonlight. The house is suitable for 4/6 people.
