For our guests we have a small building composed by 5 apartments, each one with independent entrance and outside space.
The apartments are in the quiet and beautiful Elba’s countryside, in the place called “Montefabbrello”, not so far from the sea; the towns of Portoferraio and Porto Azzurro are at about 8 km.
The location of our apartments is convenient for those who want to enjoy the sea and explore the beaches of the island, both for those who enjoy simple walkings along the paths in the woods or hiking to the Volterraio Castle and enjoy the priceless view that offers.
Nearby the apartments you can find a little supermarket, restaurants, bar and pizzerias. The beach of Schiopparello and Le Prade are at about 800 mt/1 km, at about 5 km there is the beach of Bagnaia.
This one - bedroom apartment is for 2/4 persons and it is composed by a living room with kitchenette, two single sofa beds, TV, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower. The furnitures are simple but comfortable and modern. Outside, there is a table and chairs, furthermore a big pergola for all the guests. Private parking place nearby.
Arrivals: free stays, in August min. 7 nights. Check -in from 16.00 to 19.00. Departures: check -out within 9.00 am. Utilities: electricity, water, gas included. Final cleanings: € 90,00 (to pay at arrival). Bed linen and towels: not included. To bring or to rent on request, at € 20,00 for person for week (to pay at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Security deposit: € 100,00 (to pay at arrival and refunded at departure, after checked the apartment). Check-in fee: in case of arrival after 8 pm, extra of € 20,00 (to pay at arrival).
