You can arrive at the property along 1 km of road unpaved but easy to go. Just a few minutes by car you can find the beautiful sandy beaches of Biodola, Scaglieri and Forno: here there are some bars, pizzerias and restaurants; rent boats, diving center and windsurf school. In Portoferraio at about 4 km, there are all the services you need, such as supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, hospital.
