We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.

Check-in information will be sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival. If necessary you can contact our customer service on +39 ***. Key collection usually takes place at the property. If this is not possible on site, we will ask customers to collect the keys in our offices either in Mola or Portoferraio.
