This residential complex is a few steps away from Palau centre town, was developed in the early eighties entirely at the back of the beach and all the units recall the typical Genovese style.

Located in the residential complex of ***, two room loft apartment with a terrace which overlook the marvelous beach of ***. This modern and functional apartment has a living room with a sofa, two armchairs and kitchenette. It is equipped with a gas hob and fridge. The living room overlooks the furnished terrace and it is characterized by its view of the “marine lagoon”, in which La Maddalena island reigns supreme. The bedroom is located in the main floor, it is characterized by its position, which is facing the inner courtyard providing peace and a good night’s sleep, and by its master bathroom with shower. In the top floor we find the second bedroom with two twin beds and it is furnished with fine furniture.

To know:
- €500,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- €20,00 per person for any rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported when booking);
- €5,00 extra per day for use of air conditioning;
- €3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
