The unit is located in the residential complex of Porto Mannu, very close to the sea. This splendid apartment consists of a living room with air conditioning and L shaped fully equipped kitchenette ( gas stove, microwave, fridge/freezer combo, small utility room with bunk beds and bathroom with shower and washing machine. In the sleeping area, a double bedroom with large wardrobe and access to the terrace. The strong point of the property is the seaside view and the particular position, ideal for privacy and peace: you can call this a “little personal heaven”. Enjoy beautiful evenings under the moonlight with your friends and family.
To know:
- €300,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- €20,00 per person for the possible rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported at the time of booking);
- €50,00 extra per pet in cash (to be reported at the time of booking);
- €5,00 extra per day for the use of air conditioning;
- €3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
