The residential complex Porto Mannu is located right underneath of the Bear Rock, right on the Golfo delle Saline, was built at the end of the eighties and since then guests have spent here unforgettable holidays.

A form of transport is needed to get to Palau where all the other facilities are, supermarkets, groceries, pharmacy ect…
The unit is located in the residential complex Porto Mannu, comfortable and pleasant apartment, consists of a living room with air conditioning, dining area, kitchenette with gas stove and freezer fridge combo, small room with bunk beds, newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine, double bedroom with large wardrobe and door on the terrace. On the outside a magnificent and large terrace, fully equipped with dining table and deckchairs, great seaside view on the beach of porto Mannu . Parking reserved in front of the unit.
To know:
- €300,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- €20,00 per person for any rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported when booking);
- €50,00 extra per animal in cash (to be reported when booking);
- €1,50 for each meter click, extra for use of air conditioning in cash;
- €3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
