This residential complex is a few steps away from Palau centre town, was developed in the early eighties entirely at the back of the beach and all the units recall the typical Genovese style.

The unit is located at the upper ground floor of the zona Pineta of the residential complex ***. It consists of a living room with sofa, dining area, kitchenette with gas stove, frigdge and freezer, double bedroom overlooking the back part with large wardrobe and bathroom with window fitted with shower and washing machin. There is also a small mezzanine with extra bed. Recently renovated, it has been decorated with soft pastel colours. Extremely close to the beach and the pinewood nearby wich is a step away from Palau centre. Parking space in private area with remote control gate.
To know:
- €300,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- €20,00 per person for any rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported when booking);
- €50,00 extra per animal in cash (to be reported when booking);
- €3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
