At our guests' disposal a residence consisting of 6 two-room apartments, in a private and exclusive location 150 meters from the beach, with ample space for eating and resting outdoors that will guarantee you a holiday in absolute peace and tranquility. We are in Straccoligno, a 230-meter sandy beach surrounded by unspoiled nature and characterized by crystal clear waters, normally less crowded than the others in the area and therefore perfect for those who love calm and an interesting starting point for snorkeling or underwater fishing. Have you heard of the island of Elba as a new nursery for the nesting of turtles? It is precisely in Straccoligno that we witnessed the extraordinary hatching among the bathers! Not to be missed are the various coves along the coast within the park: Liscolino and Capo Perla, Ferrato, Malpasso, Calanova, Istia and Buzzancone. For the discovery of these coves, the sunbed rental service made available to the property is very useful, for those wishing to enjoy unique moments in a corner of incomparable beauty for a sea and nature holiday. We remember the proximity to the center of Capoliveri, reachable in just 3 km, a historic medieval village with a long tourist tradition able to satisfy all tastes and different needs.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 ***. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure.
Two-room apartment 3 - 2/4 beds (possibility of adding a 5th bed with ottoman bed for free)
Each apartment is on the ground floor and on a single floor. Our sea side two-room apartment consists of a living room with double sofa bed and well-equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom and comfortable Memory Foam mattresses, large bathroom with window with sink, shower curtain (replaced at each change) and bidet. At our guests' disposal a large private outdoor area, solarium and large private covered veranda divided from the adjacent apartment 4 with separè. The property boasts a water softening system, which will make your showers lighter and more pleasant.

- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros to be paid by credit card, in the event that the payment is made in cash, the deposit cannot be returned before 3.00 pm on the day of departure; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property
- bed linen and towels: 20 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site. Possibility of splitting it with bed linen 10 euros per person; bathroom linen 10 euros per person.
