Large three-room apartment in a quiet setting, away from the chaos of the center and convenient to all services. We recommend the apartment for travelers with their own means, being close to the artery that connects Portoferraio to the other sides. Ideal for those who have their first experience on the island and do not want to miss anything that its 224 km2 can offer, an infinity of beauties to list, beaches to visit, smells to recognize and views to admire. It goes without saying that the sea of the island is clear, transparent, the dominant color of blue sometimes seems to merge with that of the sky, so much so that it becomes confused and gives the impression of swimming in the air. Within a radius of about 1 km you can visit all the beaches of the Costa Bianca of Portoferraio, including Padulella, Capo Bianco, Sottobomba and the renowned Le Ghiaie. The structure is a new construction and is located inside a private building closed by a gate, the works were completed this year so you will find a modern and functional design furniture. Emerald because it is a bearer of prosperity and well-being, it stimulates inner growth and the aesthetic sense, the name perfectly reflects the sensations that our structure transmits.
Important Notes:
- check-in at the property from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- groups of children under 21 years of age are not allowed
- only small pets on request (no cats), with a supplement of € 30.00 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 200 euros; refunded after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will certainly not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
