The apartments of “Podere Santa Lucia” are in Portoferraio: the place is called Colle Reciso, in the nice countryside, halfway between Portoferraio and Lacona. Walking along a path located near the house, you can arrive at the church of “Santa Lucia” on top of the hill of the same name, from which you can admire a suggestive panorama of the Gulf of Portoferraio. The beautiful and large sandy beach of Lacona is at about four kilometers away from the apartment: it is renowned for its extra fine golden sand, as well as for its naturally beautiful landscape. It’s a family friendly beach with its shallow water and fine sand where children can safely play. Thanks to the beautiful pine trees by the beach, it is one of the few places on Elba that allows you to enjoy natural shading areas where you can rest, play, and have picnics. The beach has commodities such as cafes, restaurants, diving, windsurfing, sailing and motor boats rentals, sunbeds and umbrella rentals. You can also enjoy any other kind of water sports.
Apartment for 2/4 persons: this comfortable apartment for 2/4 persons is composed by a living room with a masonry kitchenette (complete with four gas burners and refrigerator with small freezer), washing machine and TV; two double bedrooms; a bathroom with shower. The furniture is very refined and comfortable, in a rustic style. Outside, a large and comfortable outdoor area covered by a pergola, equipped with table, chairs and armchairs, for dining out and relaxing. Private parking space inside the property.
Arrival: check-in 4-7:30 pm. Departure: check-out by 9 a.m. Utilities: electricity, water, gas, etc. included. Final cleaning: € 95.00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival). Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).
