The "Villa Nella" apartments are located in a quiet residential area a few meters from the sandy beach and a 5-minute walk from the center of Marina di Campo, one of the most popular villages for tourists of all ages.
The structure has a lot of green space where it is possible to park the car and is divided into 3 apartments of different sizes.
On the ground floor there are a three-room apartment and a two-room apartment; on the first floor instead a large four-room apartment.

The structure is about 35 square meters, is located on the ground floor, the apartment has just been renovated, it is divided into a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, to complete we have a outdoor area with table and chairs for eating.

- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
