Located within the Gulf in the same name, Procchio is a small town that boasts one of the longest beaches on the island (almost 1 km). Thanks to its central location and its many services, it is one of the most popular seaside resorts. Perfect for families, thanks to its gently sloping backdrops, it is particularly suitable for children (the road leading to the beach is reserved for pedestrians). This gulf, especially with the favorable winds from the South, is a real paradise of crystal clear water and golden beach. Nearby you can easily reach other Elban excellences including: Campo all'Aia, Spartaia, la Guardiola, Biodola and Paolina.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Located on the first floor the apartment has a kitchen and a living room with LCD TV and a single sofa bed and a pull-out sofa. At guests' disposal two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, bathroom with shower. To complete the apartment a small terrace equipped with table and chairs.
