Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 ***. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure, or at our Portoferraio offices.

- small/medium sized pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- washing machine for a fee, €3 per token
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed, bathroom and kitchen linen: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
