The Vecchio Marino is located at 8 minutes walk from Palau center. It is in a central position from a good few beaches, Punta Nera, Isolotto, the Bau Bau beach suitable for people with pets.
All beaches around the area have great white sand and crystal clear waters and all face the island of La Maddalena, Santo Stefano and the Palau marina.
From Vecchio Marino you get directly to the center of Palau by the road named after the complex, even the driveway is surrounded by greenery here. It is actually a very relaxing walk and it will get you to the pinewood Punta Nera, great for outdoor activities, sport and picnics with family or friends.
Nestled in the Mediterranean scrub and the typical scents and colors of Sardinia, a splendid terraced house, located in the Vecchio Marino area, in front of the tourist port of Palau.
The living area is characterized by the bright and spacious living room with separate kitchen equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave, overlooking the fresh and large equipped outdoor veranda, with a splendid view of the island of Santo Stefano La Maddalena and the well-kept fenced garden, which makes it possible to eat outdoors and enjoy moments of relaxation.
Dual split air conditioning available in the living area and in the corridor of the sleeping area serving the bedrooms.
The sleeping area is characterized by two double bedrooms (one with a double bed plus a single bed) and a bathroom serving the entire accommodation, overlooking the fully tiled courtyard/patio behind.
A second complete bathroom is located passing through the external veranda, adjacent to the house.
The outdoor area, at the front, offers a double dining area, one in the open area where the living area overlooks and a second dining area in a semi-closed veranda, both overlooking the outdoor garden.
The property stands out for the confidentiality, privacy and tranquility of the position in which it is located and the context in which it is immersed.

The location of the villa makes it convenient to move directly on foot, to reach the nearest beaches, such as Isolotto and Punta Nera, and the town of Palau.

- €500.00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorization on credit card;
- €20.00 per person for any rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported at the time of booking);
- €5.00 extra per day for use of air conditioning;
- €3.00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
