A few km away are also the sandy beaches perfect for families with children in the Capoliveri area, including Lido just 4 km away. All places where time seems to have stopped, from the mineral seabed, from the fresh and clear water and the sand mixed with pebbles which creates a particular sparkle.
We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

The apartment is located on the first floor, the property is accessed by a suggestive staircase which fully represents the characteristic and picturesque village. - deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio or Mola, based on opening periods.
