The house is located in the locality of Sa Rocca Tunda, on the seafront, 20 meters from the entrance to the beach, in the west of Sardinia, in the province of Oristano. We are in a particular position, on the seafront, in the middle of the white beach with its crystal clear waters.
The house is located on the ground floor of a complex consisting of several houses, has a large courtyard which leads directly to the beach, there are two internal parking spaces for guests. All around it is surrounded by the local Mediterranean scrub.
We are in a very quiet place, the house is located away from the other houses in the district, being all quite large, it grants good privacy to guests. The peculiarity is that it is practically located on the beach, which makes it ideal for quiet holidays with breathtaking views.
A wide expanse of soft gray sand, crystal clear waters and soft dunes behind, a panorama that you will never stop contemplating, in absolute tranquility. Sa Rocca Tunda extends at the foot of the Capo Mannu promontory, in the northern part of the Sinis peninsula, next to a small village of houses and dirt roads in the territory of San Vero Milis. The beach, about one kilometer long, is part of the Sinis marine protected area, bathed by a turquoise sea that takes on more intense colors towards the open sea. The beach is bordered on the left by the promontory of Capo Mannu - in front of which the islet of Sa Tonnara appears - and on the right by the cliff of Su Crastu Biancu, beyond which your view will stretch along the north coast of Oristano up to the coast. of the griffins', at Capo Marargiu. On the opposite side, behind the promontory, stands another rocky outcrop, dominated by the remains of the Capo Mannu tower, built in the Spanish era (16th century).
A refreshment point represents the only service of a wild and uncontaminated place. In fact, Sa Rocca Tunda is ideal for those seeking relaxation and peace away from the chaos of the most crowded holiday resorts. Large spaces and shallow waters make it suitable for families with children. The transparency of the sea also attracts snorkelers, while the backwater of Sale Porcus, populated by various species of birds - including pink flamingos - invites you to devote yourself to birdwatching.
Around Capo Mannu you will find numerous other unmissable beaches, which will make you take a real tour of scenic beauty. Almost in continuity with sa Rocca Tunda, towards the tip of the promontory, it is located on Pallosu, with its colony of cats. On the opposite side, a sandstone 'barrier' is located in the open sea a few tens of meters from a golden beach, creating an unusual landscape: it is Sa Mesa Longa, a real natural swimming pool with emerald green waters. To the south, in front of the Mandriola village, lies the long beach of Putzu Idu, with a very shallow seabed and incredibly transparent blue waters. A scenic cliff surrounds the Scoada Arena, where outcropping rocks smoothed by the waves, sand mixed with quartz crystals and green-blue reflections of the sea stand out. Just before sunset, you can stop near the Capo Mannu lighthouse, at the foot of another Spanish tower, Turr'e sa Mora, to admire an unforgettable play of colors overlooking the island of Mal di Ventre.
Upon entering we find a living room with sea view and a kitchen with hob complete with oven and fridge with freezer and dishwasher. The bathroom is located in the center of the house with toilet, bidet and shower. There are three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. The courtyard leads to a back space with outdoor shower and barbecue. The house has mosquito nets in all rooms. Outside there is a large courtyard shared with the other houses of this small residential complex, made up of 5 independent houses. The private courtyard, at the back of the house, hosts a barbecue area, with outdoor shower and laundry room.
