The house is located in Mandriola, a hamlet in the municipality of San Vero Milis, we are between Putzu Idu, of which Mandriola is an extension, and Capo Mannu, a well-known surf area where champions from all over the world arrive. The locality is located in the province ofOristano, we are in western Sardinia, along an arm of the coast which, within a radius of 20 km, sees beautiful places in terms of landscape and marine life. The house is located within the locality and the nearest services are about a kilometer away, while the sea is only two hundred meters from the house, where there are small, very private beaches. Going one kilometer on the road you arrive at Putzu Idu on one side with its wonderful white sand and crystal clear sea, very gradual, suitable for small children and from here you can then access the system of seaside resorts in the area. At 2 km we find the wonderful Sa Mesa Longa with a pristine sea, making another 2 km you get to Sa Rocca Tunda and S'anea Scoada, with two beaches known for their white sands and pristine seabed.The house has a relaxation corner in the external garden where two large olive trees create a shaded area which is about 50 square meters wide, in the courtyard there is also a barbecue area and a practical external shower for returning from the beach. We are in a very quiet neighborhood and in an apartment on the ground floor of a house with 4 fully independent apartments in total, both in terms of access and privacy inside.A narrow and curved strip with very fine grains of quartz, almost two kilometres long, separates the turquoise sea from the Sa Salina Manna pond. It is the splendid beach of Putzu Idu, called 'Cala Saline' and sheltered from the northwesterly mistral wind, which extends to the north of the magnificent S'Arena Scoada and extends as far as the beach of Mandriola. The quartz sand is soft and white. The waters offer evocative shades of green and blue that vary according to the light. The seabed is sandy and the waters are shallow for tens of metres.Putzu Idu is located at the northernmost extremity of the marine area of the Sinis peninsula, just below Capo Mannu, in the territory of San Vero Milis, which is about twenty kilometres away. On the beach, you will have places for dining and refreshments at your disposal, as well as beach equipment rentals and the opportunity to go on trips to the island of Mal di Ventre, located alone in the southeastern area of the promontory. In the tourist centre behind it, all necessary services are available. As in the whole of the Sinis area, there are often waves, making it very attractive to kitesurfing and windsurfing enthusiasts. Behind the beach and the residential area, there is Sa Salina Manna, a pond and the habitat of protected flora and fauna, including the greater flamingo in the springtime.Going back along the cape, you will come across the beach of Mandriola, that closes the curvature created by the bay of Putzu Idu: It is a small sandy shore with soft, light sand and crystal clear water. Continuing on towards the tower of Capo Mannu, known as Sa Mora (mid-17th century), you will meet another two splendid little coves: Sa Figu and Dei Tedeschi. The first is a small stretch of amber-coloured sand, set in between the rocks and a popular destination with numerous surfers. The other gets its name from a dock that served as a refuelling place for German submarines during the Second World War. Today, it is famous for scuba diving. On the other side of Capo Mannu, don't miss your chance to see Sa Mesa Longa and Su Pallosu, another two gems of the Sinis peninsula.
The house consists of a comfortable living room, well furnished and sheltered from the strong sun by the two olive trees in the courtyard, but still bright. In the living room we find a sofa and satellite TV with furniture that contains all the utensils for cooking, on one side of the living room we have a kitchenette with a four-burner plate, an electric oven and a fridge with freezer. From a corridor we access the sleeping area with two bedrooms, one bedroom is double and one bedroom has two single beds, the air conditioner is located in the double bedroom, in the middle of the two bedrooms is the bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and bidet.
