The house is located inside the S'abba e Sa Pedra residential complex, in Baia Caddinas, 1.5 km from the center of Golfo Aranci, in the province of Olbia, in north-eastern Sardinia. We are in a residential complex on the outskirts of the town, reserved for residents, with a single entrance gate just for them and peace is one of the main features. The parking lots are outside the residential complex and are reserved for condominiums. The shared swimming pool overlooks the sea giving the feeling that it is a unique thing.
