The house is located inside the S'abba e Sa Pedra residential complex, in Baia Caddinas, 1.5 km from the center of Golfo Aranci, in the province of Olbia, in north-eastern Sardinia. The parking lots are outside the residential complex and are reserved for condominiums. The shared swimming pool overlooks the sea giving the feeling that it is a unique thing.
