The house has a large garden of about three thousand square meters completely fenced and is an old Gallurese farmhouse, completely renovated by internationally renowned architects and made into a modern house, divided into two blocks. In the garden there is a beautiful salt-water swimming pool overlooking Cala Brandinchi beach which is a five-minute walk away on a path that runs alongside the house. We are immersed in the green and crystalline colors of the sea between Lu Impostu and Cala Brandinchi, also known worldwide as Tahiti for the color of its waters and its seabed.
The house is completely built in local stone outside and in the first block it has a living area with large living room, furnished in an essential way, with TV and wifi and a modern kitchen with all comforts. From here a patio with garden furniture and overlooking the sea, like the whole house from every window, leads us to the sleeping area which is located on two levels, in the first level a double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower, going down a staircase leads to the second double bedroom with sea view and to a bathroom always with toilet, shower and bidet. The whole house is air conditioned and has sea view.
It is also known as Tahiti. Cala Brandinchi is one of the most attractive and popular beaches, especially from international tourism, in Sardinia. It is located in Capo Coda Cavallo, almost in front of the imposing island of Tavolara, in the territory of San Teodoro. At his sight, what will most strike your gaze is the very clear, almost dazzling color of the sand. An intense white that stands out even more in contrast with the turquoise blue of the water, dotted with darker reflections where the rocks emerge, often the habitat of a very rich marine fauna. A stretch of sea loved by snorkeling enthusiasts for the surprises they reserve every time they dive there.
Around the bay, well-kept gardens, a large pine forest and small dunes protect a heavenly corner of the north-east of the island. The beach also houses a pier that welcomes small pleasure boats. From here, according to history, on 17 October 1867, after an escape from Caprera, Giuseppe Garibaldi embarked to try to free Rome, helped by the locals.
Cala Brandinchi is one of the most famous beaches in all of Gallura and is the brightest pearl of San Teodoro, which can boast many other coastal jewels. Starting from the neighboring 'twin' beach Lu Impostu, another work of art, from which Capo Capicciolu divides it. A little further south, separated from the promontory of Punta Aldìa, there is La Cinta, a beach-symbol of Theodorine, a five-kilometer long arch of fine white sand dunes. It overlooks the waters of the protected marine area on one side and, towards the hinterland, the San Teodoro lagoon. Still further south, almost on the border of the Theodorian territory, you will find suled Island, which for beauty of the beach and clarity of the sea is no less than all the other beaches.
