Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (18 x 5 m, depth 80 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access to the house (20 m via unmade road). 20 m footpath to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, sandy beach "La Celvia" 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km. The stairway to the pool has in parts an open railing and in some parts no railing at all. Small children must therfore be accompanied by adults.
